Prescribed burn happening in McClellanville on Tuesday

MCCLELLANVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – The United States Forestry Service will be conducting a prescribed burn in the McClellanville area on Tuesday.

The planned burn will impact 319 acres in the area of Victor Lincoln Road and Whilden Road beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Fire officials say if you live, work, or travel in the area, you’ll likely see and smell smoke.
