Goose Creek man trapped after tree falls on home
GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – The Goose Creek Rural Fire Department (GCRFD) rescued a man early Sunday morning after a tree fell on his home, trapping him inside.
Firefighter Loston of GCRFD says multiple units responded around 2:05 a.m. to Mapleridge Drive to rescue the victim from his bedroom. The tree caused the home to suffer a complete structural collapse.
Officials say the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, there are no additional details on the current state of the victim.
