Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office searching for missing boater

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) is searching for a missing boater in the Pawleys Island area Saturday evening.

GCSO marine units are assisting in the search near Hagley Landing.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Midway Fire Rescue, and the S.C. Department of Natural Resources are assisting in the search.
