Crash near Rutledge Ave causes traffic delays

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A crash on I-26 E at Exit 219A at Rutledge Ave is causing traffic delays Wednesday morning.

Officials have closed two outside lanes while emergency personnel assist with the accident.
