The Weeknd Releases New Single and Video “Take My Breath”

After alerting fans new music was on the way, The Weeknd has officially released a new single, “Take My Breath.” Before its official release, “Take My Breath” was used in an Olympics promo for the Team USA Women’s Track and Field team.

The promo featured U.S. stars like Sydney McLaughlin, Dalilah Muhammad, Athing Mu, and Gabby Thomas fighting to secure medals.

The Weeknd spoke with GQ and let fans know the forthcoming album is “the album I’ve always wanted to make.”
