Drive-thru food distribution happening Friday in North Charleston

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A drive-thru style food distribution event will take place Friday in North Charleston.

JCAN Family Ministries, the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and the southeastern chapter of the National Action Network will host the event.

Families can drive up to the church, located at 109 Preston Avenue, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to collect items.

Organizers ask that people stay inside their cars.
