Rain and thunderstorms possible this Memorial Day

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Expect a partly cloudy Memorial Day with temperatures in the mid-80s.

Storm Team 2 said there is a possibility for a few showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon, which could make a run for the beaches.

“Keep an eye on it this afternoon,” said Storm Team 2 Meteorologist Jed Christoph. “Be ready to move indoors if you hear thunder.”
