Skeletal remains found in North Charleston, police say
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — An investigation is underway Wednesday after the discovery of skeletal remains.
The North Charleston Police Department said it received a call around 5 p.m. that someone may have found remains.
Detectives responded and accompanied the caller to a wooded area off South Rhett Avenue and confirmed skeletal remains were present.
NCPD detectives and Charleston County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
