CPD: 1 injured in America Street shooting Sunday

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A shooting investigation is underway in Downtown Charleston Sunday morning.

According to the Charleston Police Department, detectives are investigating a shooting that happened near Johnson and America Street.

CPD says one male victim has been transported to a local hospital.
