SOURCE SPORTS: The Steiner Brothers Named to WWE 2022 Hall of Fame Class
The Steiner Brothers will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during Wrestlemania weekend. David Shoemaker and The Ringer announced Rick and Scott Steiner will join a WWE Hall of Fame class that features The Undertaker and Queen Sharmell.
The Steiner Brothers first joined forces in 1989 and have since grown to become the face of tag team greatness and one of the most well-known tag teams in sports entertainment. Rick and Scott dominated NWA Mid-Atlantic and NWA/WCW, capturing the WCW Tag Team Titles seven times and the United States Tag Team Titles once with their outstanding mix of amateur and professional wrestling. During their brief tenure in WWE in the early 1990s, the duo created history by debuting on the first edition of Monday Night Raw in 1993, fighting The Headshrinkers on The Grandest Stage of Them All at WrestleMania IX, and capturing the WWE Tag Team Championship twice.
