1 dead after car submerged in pond in Ridgeville, officials say

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – One person has died after their car was submerged in water in Dorchester County early Friday morning.

Law enforcement responded to a single vehicle that became submerged in a pond at a private property off Timothy Creek Road in the Ridgeville area.
